I like it. I'm not sure who owns it but I like to go there on a Sunday morning or afternoon as the atmosphere is nice and the coffee is pretty good.

Good coffee and great hangout for wanna be actors/writers or working actor/writers. Always atmosphere and interesting people sitting outside. Also, close to Falcon Theatre so easy to have a late nite cap after the play.
