To be honest, I can not answer your question as I am in New South Wales, but Madame Brussels was the owner of a well-known of a number of houses for prostitutes. Soooo to see name in opposition to any place for a tea party seems a little weird to me? To be honest, why not make your own? Unless you do not have a large garden. But it's easier for people to dress if you're holding in a house or a place not public. Hire a caterer to all, and ask to spend 25 each to cover the cost?

China's growing consumer segment has been attracting rich luxury brands around the world for a long time. Gucci LV, Zegna, and many other brands used in the Chinese market in the nineties, long before they began the generation of income 1. And with good reason as more than 300,000 Chinese now have a net worth of over U.S. $ 1 million. The mainland of U.S. millionaires control $ 530 million in assets and more 170 million Chinese can afford to buy the best brands of level 2. In fact, it seems clear now that the luxury consumer market for Chinese, who did not exist just 20 years ago, is on track to dominate retail top.
But what about national luxury brands?
China has a long history in the assessment of property - for example, tea, jade and silk - and taking into account the impressive growth of domestic consumption of luxury goods, local brands should have plenty of opportunities to grow.
Although the Chinese consumers' thirst for luxury, luxury local brands have very little off. In fact, several Analysts have noted that when it comes to luxury, Chinese consumers are more likely to purchase products made outside China 3.
Previous research Labbrand confirmed estimates that consumers towards luxury products is heavily influenced by the countries of origin marking. In fact, a "foreign / western" origin seems to be a proposed luxury many product categories.
However, if it is true that in sectors such as fashion clothing and accessories from top brands foreign dominate in other industries, and specifically those with deep roots in China's heritage and tradition, Chinese brands have a good chance to win the hand.
In fact, a recent MasterCard survey, Chinese are spending more money has been found to prefer Hong Kong Chow Tai Fook born more than Cartier Wu Liang Ye and national and Maotai in Spanish, German & Spirits Australia 4.

Labbrand has been to investigate these issues. We interviewed a few people, both industry source and abroad, and have developed a list of 10 Chinese top luxury brands:
1. NE Tiger - established in 1992 2. Chow Tai Fook - founded in 1929 3. Kweichow Mao Tai - established in 1999 4. Omnialuo - created in 1998 5. Erdos Cashmere - began in 1979. 6. Wuliangye - founded in 1959 7. Changyu - created in 1892 8. Yunnan Pu'er Tea - created in 1975 and privatized in 2004. 9. Dorian Ho - established in 2004. 10. Xiangyunsha Silk - established in 2003
We asked people what these marks were made to feel luxurious.
The brand heritage
Interestingly, the most commonly cited attribute was "Chinese heritage." In fact, many of these brands are drawing or deeply rooted in Chinese culture.
- Kweichow Mao Tai, Wuliangye, Changyu, Yunnan Pu'er tea, Yun Xiang Silk yarn are all deeply cultural heritage rooted in China as traditional branded products from China. In fact, no foreign company could challenge these marks in the same position in the country. For traditional products, such as "bai jiu" liquor, tea, ginseng and handmade silk, no other country has the same experience as China does. Yunnan Pu'er tea for example, in 2005, 500 g of years, Pu'er tea-64 sold at auction for one million yuan, which is six times more expensive than gold 7.
Young fashion brand
- NE Tiger, Omnialuo and Dorian Ho are all brands relatively young, and they all compete in a field that Chinese brands are relatively weak: luxury fashion. Its strength, however, has its roots in the fact the source, though in different ways, from the Chinese culture by combining traditional Chinese elements with Western techniques of style and quality craftsmanship manufacturing.
However, when it comes to buyer preferences, is not yet able to compete on equal footing with foreign luxury fashion. None of them enjoy the same brand awareness of top European luxury brands - even though both have participated in major fashion shows in China and abroad - And generally are not considered as a luxury than their foreign counterparts. Overall, the most common reasons given to justify this concept were:
* That are not as "state-making", as foreign fashion brands * Consumers do not trust the quality standard to be on the same level of foreign brands
Quality experts
- Chow Tai Fook and Erdos Cashmere, however, are marks of different species. Brand value is based on their ability to match quality and beautiful products with good guidance, it has helped them become known and respected in the country.
For example, Chow Tai Fook is one of the most famous brands of luxury jewelry in China. Founded in 1929 in Canton and later acquired by Hong Kong entrepreneur Mr. Chen Yu Tung in 1956 combines luxury with high quality and fashion products to appeal to mature customers in the higher income groups 8.
Chow Tai Fook illustrates the value word of mouth has in Chinese culture. The company further developed its brand reputation and word of mouth, that any formal business plan. They have managed to win the preferences of consumers through its long history and sound capabilities (Chow Tai Fook has been the first brand of jewelry using gold 999.9 gold in ornament Pure, which has become an industry standard today).
Chinese building luxury
What are the challenges and what are the opportunities for Chinese luxury brands have to face to win consumer preferences in the home?
On the one hand, it appears that consumers highly regarded Chinese homegrown brands, whether their status and quality are well justified. Chinese heritage, traditional knowledge and cultural elements seem to be the main all the best features of national brands in luxury. In fact, for those categories of products in China has historically developed a long tradition Chinese brands appear to be unique.
In the first instance, we believe that successful Chinese brands can draw from their heritage to build a customer base solid and, finally, to create brand awareness.
Although there are still some obstacles to the development of Chinese luxury brand:
1. The lack of marketing knowledge and skills
Among the top ten, only a few brands are constantly investing in the brand. Many of them depend only their own assets to attract consumers and do not really invest in any communication activity. Xiangyunsha brands such as Silk or Yunnan Pu'er tea not even have a well designed website, or to protect your trademark correctly.
1. Made in China label
Consumers Chinese do not easily see the marks made in China and Chinese luxury brands are usually associated with low quality. Apart from the product categories in which China traditionally strong, the survey respondents Labbrand clearly showed that:
* The concept of luxury is strongly associated the issue of brand awareness. The more brand aware, better support and show the status of the buyer. * The estimated towards brands Luxury seem generally higher for brands that are labeled "Made in China." * The mark is a quality indicator and design. Foreign luxury fashion brands are assumed to guarantee exclusivity not only design but also the originality and product safety.
Creating strong brands is a difficult task. The production of strong luxury brands in a market that is affected by a horde of counterfeit and cheap products is still more complicated.
There is still a long way to go for luxuries China to compete in the global arena with well established brands.
However, given the rapid pace of development of the luxury market and the changing attitude of Chinese consumers buying Chinese companies now have the tools to understand how to position your brand and how to build luxury identities to meet the needs of high-end buyers.
